"Your Body Your Way was born from a simple but uncomfortable truth: in Australia, something as basic as having your period is still not equal.
This social enterprise was founded after learning just how many people in remote and regional communities struggle to access period products. When periods are unmanaged or unsupported, girls miss school, women miss work, and too many are forced to put their lives on hold for something that is completely natural. Period poverty isn’t just about products—it’s about lost opportunities, confidence, and control over one’s future.
At the same time, we couldn’t ignore the other side of the problem—millions of disposable period products ending up in landfill every month, creating long-term environmental harm from a short-term solution.
We knew there had to be a better way.
Your Body Your Way exists to change the period game. We create reusable, sustainable period solutions that are practical, long-lasting, and designed for real life. By improving access to reliable period care, we aim to support women and girls to stay in school, participate in work, and live the lives they choose—while also reducing period waste across Australia.
